Want to start seeing private clients, but don't know whereto start? In this 20 hour training, you will begin to learn the skills needed to asses clients and create a personalized yoga plan.

In this module, we will learn:

  • How to use the Joint Freeing Series as an assessment tool to study our clients mobility and begin to understand what yoga shapes will be most beneficial for our clients goals

  • The twelve myofascial meridians that make up Anatomy Trains and how to use this concept to notice where our clients may be experiencing imbalances in the physical body, and what yoga shapes would be most beneficial

  • How to create a yoga plan for individual and group clients utilizing asana, meditation, and pranayama

Hours:

  • Friday 2:30-8, Saturday 12-8, Sunday 10:30-5:30
