January 10-12
In this 20 hour training we will take a deep dive into: bhandas, warm-ups, spinal stabilization, and standing shapes. Learn functional integration, practice leveled-up cueing, and work with hands on assists.
January 31-February 1
In this ten hour training, we will participate in a broad understanding of the Chakra system of the Subtle Body. You will learn specifics about each chakra, including corresponding colors, elements, sounds, yantras, nerve plexi in the physical body, emotional states, and yoga asana for each.
February 14-15
Join us for this ten hour training and learn best practices for teaching chair yoga to groups over the age of 65.
In this workshop we will cover asana modifications for chairs, how to sequence range of motion shapes for all ages, and practical tips for cuing and communicating effectively.

In this workshop we will cover the three Gunas as they relate to sequencing, best practices for weaving themes throughout your class, integration of the spine throughout your sequences, and how to safely build to peak poses!

Join us for this ten hour training and learn best practices for teaching yoga classes in a recovery setting! In this workshop we will cover different recovery models, how to theme classes around community and conversation, and how to teach asana for different levels and bodies!

Part TWO of our three part series! Now that you've learned the foundations of Ayurvedic philosophy, the 10 pairs of opposites, the 5 elements, and the 3 Doshas, let's expand our knowledge base! In this 20 hour YTT you'll study tongue and pulse diagnosis, and the five sense therapies. Study the six tastes of Ayurveda and how they interact with each dosha, make your own Abhyanga oil and aromatherapy room spray, and practice mantra and mudras for each element.

In this 10-hour sound healing training, participants will focus on the therapeutic use of crystal singing bowls, learning how their unique frequencies can promote healing, balance energy, and help to clear blockages in the body and mind. Through hands-on practice, participants will gain experience using crystal bowls for chakra balancing and deep healing, while also exploring ethical considerations and how to integrate sound healing into both personal and professional practices.

Now that you have the foundational knowledge of the five elements, three doshas, and basic understandings of balance; let's see how these concepts apply to your yoga practice and teaching. In this 20 hour training we will study the Gunas, the Doshas, and the Koshas in relationship to Hatha Yoga- asana, pranayama, and meditation.
July 11-13
This training will explore an overview of dualistic Sankhya philosophy, ideas of Purusha and Prakriti, and the 24 Tattvas (truths) of the origin of the universe as it relates to the human experience. We will correlate these discussions with the first two padas of Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras, illuminating how the sutras are less of a philosophical text, and more of a “how to” manual for living in the light of Sankhya.
