Subtle Body Part 2
In this ten hour training, we will participate in a broad understanding of the Chakra system of the Subtle Body.
You will learn specifics about each chakra, including corresponding colors, elements, sounds, yantras, nerve plexi in the physical body, emotional states, and yoga asana for each.
Yoga For Seniors Advanced YTT

Ayurveda Part 2
Part TWO of our three part series! Now that you've learned the foundations of Ayurvedic philosophy, the 10 pairs of opposites, the 5 elements, and the 3 Doshas, let's expand our knowledge base! In this 20 hour YTT you'll study tongue and pulse diagnosis, and the five sense therapies. Study the six tastes of Ayurveda and how they interact with each dosha, make your own Abhyanga oil and aromatherapy room spray, and practice mantra and mudras for each element.
Sound Healing YTT
In this 10-hour sound healing training, participants will focus on the therapeutic use of crystal singing bowls, learning how their unique frequencies can promote healing, balance energy, and help to clear blockages in the body and mind. The course will also cover the fundamentals of sound therapy, including the science behind sound healing, the effects of various instruments, and techniques like sound baths and energy clearing. Through hands-on practice, participants will gain experience using crystal bowls for chakra balancing and deep healing, while also exploring ethical considerations and how to integrate sound healing into both personal and professional practices.

In this 20 hour training we will study the Gunas, the Doshas, and the Koshas in relationship to Hatha Yoga- asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Advanced Philosophy 1
Join us for a 20 hour discussion on Sankhya and Patanjali philosophy!
This training will explore an overview of dualistic Sankhya philosophy, ideas of Purusha and Prakriti, and the 24 Tattvas (truths) of the origin of the universe as it relates to the human experience. We will correlate these discussions with the first two padas of Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras, illuminating how the sutras are less of a philosophical text, and more of a “how to” manual for living in the light of Sankhya.

Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training
This training will prepare you to bring a more trauma informed approach to your group yoga classes. Divided into three parts, first we will study the nature of trauma. Next, the affect trauma has on the body. And finally, how to create and teach a trauma informed yoga class.

This two-weekend intensive (40 hours) training will provide you with the tools to sequence and teach a 60 minute Hot Sculpt class while empowering you with the knowledge of life-changing mindfulness practices.
Hot Sculpt is a high intensity, high energy, musically-driven class designed to develop tremendous cardio and strength capacities. But beyond the work-out, this practice is also a work-in. Far beyond the physiological benefits, class is a space for mental clearing and emotional release- inviting students to witness their resistance to discomfort and embrace wherever they are in their journey. Sculpt trains your mind to drop your ego at the door, find joy in movement, and leave feeling recharged, invigorated, and closer to yourself.
PCYC instructors Kelley Sandahl and Madeleine Hackett will teach you their refined techniques behind syncing the beat of music to movement, guiding simple and effective exercises, curating a motivating playlist, and more. This training is centered around practice teaching and experience-based learning, followed by analysis and dynamic group discussions.
