PCYC SCULPT
PCYC Sculpt is not your typical sculpt class! It’s music driven movement that brings you into your flowstate. You will experience yoga, great music, quick transitions, high intensity energy, resistance bands, weights and a full body work-out/work-in every single class.
RISE & SHINE
Start your day off right with this active, hot, “wake and bake” 60 minute vinyasa class. Music, movement, and connection. Join the 6am #VibeTribe
STRETCH & UNWIND
This is a slower, simpler, 75 minute warm class using breath work and longer held stretches to ease the body into openness, melt tension, and gently recover after an active day.
BIKRAM 60
Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot 26 & 2 Yoga, is composed of 26 core therapeutic yoga postures and 2 foundational breathing exercises performed in a specific therapeutic sequence every class. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend!
SLOW FLOW
Get your zen on with this warm 60 minute traditional slow flow class. This gentle class will move you mindfully through a slower yoga flow in the warm room, eventually easing your body into long held floor poses to find stillness and meditation.
