I first discovered yoga as a teenager right here in beautiful Park City, Utah. Through yoga, I’ve gained a deeper connection with myself & how I embrace this human experience (of life) as a whole. I practice to see each moment with excitement, kindness & vulnerability.
I began my first teacher training in 2017 and have since completed & assisted further trainings with Jessa Munion at Rocksteady Bodyworks. The wisdom from my teachers has rooted a deep passion for working with bodies and embracing real, authentic connection.
As of today, I have completed 300 hours of YA teacher training through SLPY, Rocksteady & the Baptiste Institute. In addition to my physical trainings, I have spent many years studying sound healing & meditation with local healers. These studies have strengthened my connection with the ever-flowing energy of the mind, body & soul.
Over the past four years, I have taught yoga consistently in many studios, parks & lakes (paddle board yoga, anyone?!). I recently graduated from the University of Utah with an International Studies degree & a Mandarin Chinese minor. Alongside teaching/practicing, I embrace my time designing & sewing clothing, hiking the mountains, dancing at concerts, hanging with my two kitties & obsessing over Lady Gaga.
