What is yin and restore? This blended experience brings together two yoga practices that are gentle, slow, and prop supported. Yin is passive, static stretching. Restorative is supported, restful holds.
And both are so much more! The training is curated to teach you the foundations of both yin and restorative yoga, so you get a taste of the magic in each style.

Join Abigail for a 20 hour training that will get you oriented to what yin and restorative yoga is all about. Use this program to count toward your 300 hour, OR, obtain 20 hours continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
